Tuner Tuesday: Tuning up! 🎸

Hi Fitblitzers.

I managed my 6 mile walk again this morning through the lovely local nature reserve. As it’s day 4/92 on my step challenge i’m happy to report there were no dramas again out there, not sure how long this will last when this blindman gets stepping, lol! 🤣 I walked around the righthand side of the pond so i could get a different view of the pond for you (see above)…Of course i still took a photo of the original view from the path (below) which i take everyday to bore you to tears, lol! 😀

A brobdingnagian thanks to Dayle (Tip Of My Iceberg blog) for suggesting words for my 2 E’s below, i’ve now completed my tuning acronym. 🎸

EADGBE…💪🏼

• E – Endurance – Tortoise NOT Hare, lol! 🤣
• A – Activity Rings – I use apple watch so i need to close my daily rings.
• D – Deficit – Make sure i’m in a healthy calorie deficit each day until healthy weight.
• G – Goals – Focus on my many lifetime goals.
• B – Body – Listen to my body and look after it (it’s not young anymore, lol).
• E – Edification – Pretty much help and improves everything, lol! 🤣

I now have a new title for Tuesday now with a tuner theme each week. I can stop and take stock to make sure i’m in tune…I’m certainly in better tune than last week! 💪🏼

Day 4/92 Step Challenge Theme…USA 🇺🇸

As part of my 92 day step challenge the Diabetes UK facebook group posts a different theme each day. So as i forgot to post them on here i’ll start now, lol!

My lovely Wife Sarah took this shot of me playing one of my favourite electric guitars and after I added a “Dramatic Black & White” effect she loved it and wanted me to post it for you guys to see. 😀 I always find it funny when i’m playing guitar, as it looks like I am watching my fingers but I can’t even see my hands or guitar! 🤣
