Hi FitBlitz family! I can’t believe how much i was yawning this morning, i couldn’t even drag myself to get my walking (fighting) gear on, lol! π€£ But with thanks to you all (i knew i had to write this post and you’d be holding me accountable) so i forced my way out on to the trail! I was fine once i was on the trail and i flew around at over 4 miles an hour…Yay i have a motivational Monday post for you, and hopefully you won’t nail me too much for trying to be lazy, lol! π€£
Let’s ‘FitBlitz’ 2022 together!! πͺπΌ

Thanks Dayle…I knew you’d be watching, lol! π€£
As i’m on beta blockers for my blood pressure (that’s what blew my optic nerves to make me blind) my heart rate is 43bpm at resting! π² This is mainly the reason for my fatigue and tiredness (or is that just another excuse, lol). Joking aside, i’d like to say it’s that low because i’m an athlete or super fit…But being that low all of the time means i have to dig very deep to even be bothered to put my trail shoes on. Also when i’m on the trail pushing it to my limits, my heart rate doesn’t go up like most peoples either as the beta blockers crush the adrenaline so i’m stuck there too, lol! Wow this sounds like a moaning and complaining comment…I was only trying to explain with a little more detail, lol! π€£
Anyway i’m so thankful that i made it round today, and it’s the 4th July so we should all be celebrating…Now where is my coffee and flapjack?! π π π

I love your style, Steve. You are up against a lot of challenges–but you and the Lord are a majority and unstoppable! Thanks for living your faith and hope out loud. It’s truly inspirational!
