
Hi fitness family! Can you believe it’s been a whole calendar month since the ‘Trail Marathon‘, and i’ve only just stopped feasting and celebrating the monumental milestone!! π² It’s been a real mountain top experience for me, and smashing my goals was fantastic…But i’ve also crash landed at the bottom without any new goals to attack! π¨
Until…π€
I finally went out walking on the trail again this morning and managed 2 laps (5.70 miles), and it felt like i’d never stopped! Even though all of the feasting and celebrating meant i’d put on quite a few pounds, which also means i’ve now got a new goal…Get my excess fat off, lol! πͺπΌ π€£ I was getting a little lost trying to come up with more and more goals, and doing another fundraiser so soon after the last one was out of the question, even though they are the best motivators, lol)…So it’s time to get back in and attack my goals to get my nice new suit (Sarah bought it me for losing 5 stone) fitting again! πͺπΌ

My biggest goal is to be consistent, it would make my life much easier…But then i’k have no dramas or monumental challenges to write about, lol! I can’t leave you with boring posts to read can i?! πͺπΌ π
