Freezing Fog & A Hard Slog! 💪🏼

Taken a couple of months ago and not this morning as was too foggy and freezing!

Hi all. Wow that was a hard 6 mile walk! 😨 It was 0˚C, really foggy and i simply didn’t want to go out this morning…Not the best attitude to start the new year, lol! 🤣 Once i was out though, it was business as usual and i was totally fine! Just goes to show it doesn’t pay to be mardy…And i even enjoyed it once i was out in the fresh air and moving! So pleased to have done another daily 6 miles, and also pleased i’m back and having a lovely warm coffee too! ☕ 😀

Hope you’re having a great time so far this year and you are either starting to set goals? Or you’re already smashing them?! Please just keep going even when you really don’t want too…Like me this morning! 💪🏼 😀
